What amenities do your guest rooms have?

Do you have any video on demand (VOD) services?
Yes, VOD is available in all rooms for 1,000 JPY per night. Featuring over 100 channels, guest can enjoy both Japanese and overseas films.
Are there internet connection?
Yes, all rooms have wireless and wired high-speed Internet connections. Wi-Fi connections for mobile phones, such as smartphones and tablet PCs are also available free. Also the cable LAN can be used on a VPN for free. (A LAN cable is installed in all guest rooms.)
Are there rental computers?
We have a limited number of PCs. Please note that all PCs may already be taken.
*When using a rental PC, please show your ID at the front desk.
*For security reasons, if you turn off the PC, all the stored data will be deleted.
Are housekeeping services available?
Yes, housekeeping staff will clean your room between 9.30am and 1.45pm. If you do not require the service, please attached the "No housekeeping needed" magnet to your door by 9AM.
Can I use the guest room for meetings with colleague?
No, unfortunately we do not accept non-staying guests in your room for security reasons. We advise you to meet in the lobby.
Are there any triple rooms available?
No, unfortunately we only house single rooms and double rooms.
Are there any women-only rooms available?
Yes, we have a couple of room designed only for women.
*Please note that we do not have a women-only floor.
Do you charge small children?
Children younger than elementary school age (0-12 year old) can share a bed with their parent for free.
*We advise you to inform us when making a reservation.
*We have a limited number of baby beds so please make sure to reserve on in advance if needed.
Check-in and check-out time.
Regular check-in time is from 2pm and check-out time is 11am.
*Depending on your accommodation plan.
Can I check-in before 2pm?
Please check with us in advance, as we might not be able to cater to all early check-ins. If you wish to check-in before 11am, we will need to charge you additional fee, equal to 100% of your room rate.
Can we delay the check-out time?
Our usual check-out time is until 11am but guests are welcome to request for late check-outs. Late check-out will cost 1,000 JPY per hour. If you wish to check-out after 2pm, we will need to charge you additional fee, equal to 100% of your room rate.
*Late check-out will depend on the room availabilities.
Can I check in late?
If you are running late and likely to arrive later than expected, please make sure to inform us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you after 2 hours of your expected check-in time, we may need to cancel your reservation. Also the automatic doors will be locked between 12 midnight and 6am, so please use the door phone to contact us.
Do you accommodate pets?
No, unfortunately we do not accept pets apart from guide dogs.
How can I pay? Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, you can either pay by cash or credit card. We accept the the following credit cards: Visa, JCB, Amex, Diners Club, MasterCard and UC.
Can I prepay for a guest who will be staying at your hotel?
Yes, you can either transfer the fee to us or pay at front desk. If you plan to transfer, the hotel will be able to provide you with our bank details.
What other complimentary services do you provide?
We offer a selection of pillows, sewing kits, wine openers, nail clippers, thermometers, irons, baby beds and more more for rent.
Do you have any baby beds?
Yes, baby beds are available for free. We only have a limited number of baby beds so please make sure to reserve one in advance.
*Baby beds are for children under 1 years old only.
Are there any copy machines in the hotel?
Yes, there is one machine at front desk.

Are there any fax machines in the hotel?
Yes, there is one at front desk.

Are there any computer we can use?
Yes, there is a shared computer in the lobby. It is connected to a inkjet printer so you can print out documents (50 JPY per copy) if needed. We can also provide rental computers (800 JPY per night), but we only have a limited number so please make sure to reserve one in advance.
Do you offer any body care services?
Yes, we offer body massage treatments, between 3pm to 12midnight. Guests can book at front desk.
Do you provide dry cleaning services?
Yes, if you hand in your clothes to front desk by 9am, we can send it to the dry cleaners and get them back to you by 6pm on the same day.
*The dry cleaners will be closed on Saterday, Sundays, holidays and the end/beginning of the year.
Do you provide room service?
No, unfortunately we do not provide room service at our hotel.
Can you send my luggage from the hotel to another destination?
Yes, but we will not be able to handle highly time sensitive luggage and refrigerated parcels.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can keep hold of your luggage at front desk.
*Please note that we will not be able to keep hold of cash, valuable belongings, medicine, bible, fragile belongings, dangerous items, refrigerated items and belongings of non-staying guests.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel before check-in?
Yes, we will make sure to send you our postal detail before your arrival.
*Please note that we will not be able to keep hold of cash, valuable belongings, medicine, bible, fragile belongings, dangerous items, refrigerated items and unpaid cash/collect on deliveries.
*Please include your reservation name and check-in date.
*If our luggage storage is full, we may not be able to cater to your request.

Can you keep hold of my valuable belongings?
Yes, we can keep them in the office safety box for you.
*Depending on the size, we might not be able to store it in our safety box.
Can I exchange currency at the hotel?
No, unfortunately we do not provide currency exchange at our hotel.
Can you issue a receipt under my company's name?
Yes, we can issue both types and handwritten receipts.
Can you issue a receipt without the price breakdowns?
No, unfortunately all receipts need to include the detailed breakdown of costs.
I've already paid for my room in advance. Can you still issue a receipt for me?
If you have paid online, you will receive an e-receipt, which you can print out by your self. Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a receipt for you in our hotel.
